Tour Leader:
Sojourn employs a highly regarded team of experienced tour leaders. We have little turnover from one year to another however due to consistent growth we occasionally have openings for individuals who can bring "the right stuff" to our team.

- high level of interpersonal skills
- desire and ability to deliver the highest level of service
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- strong leadership qualities and experience
- engaging personality and strong conversational skills
- great sense of humor
- good level of physical fitness
- extensive or interesting life experience
- intimate knowledge of and residing near one or more of our tour locations
- strong team player with excellent communication skills
- enthusiasm and ingenuity
- cycling and hiking compentence
- mechanical ability/skills
- first aid, CPR, van and trailer driving skills
