Sojourn Bicycling & Active Vacation Opportunities

Tour Leader:
Sojourn employs a highly regarded team of experienced tour leaders. We have little turnover from one year to another however due to consistent growth we occasionally have openings for individuals who can bring "the right stuff" to our team.

A partial list of qualifications includes:

  • Proven high standard of ethical behavior
  • Desire and ability to deliver the highest level of service
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in group setting
  • Engaging personality and strong conversational skills
  • Unwavering enthusiasm
  • Excellent sense of humor
  • Exceptional ability to think on your feet/problem solve
  • Strong cycling ability
  • Intimate knowledge of and residing near one or more of our tour locations
  • Mechanical ability/skills related to bicycles and equipment
  • First aid, CPR, van and trailer driving skills
